Building DevOps Expertise Through Real Experience

We've spent years working in production environments, facing the same challenges you encounter daily. That's exactly why our approach focuses on practical skills that actually matter in the field.

Why We Started This Journey

Back in 2022, we noticed something troubling. Students were finishing traditional DevOps courses but still struggling with basic deployment issues. They could recite theory but couldn't troubleshoot a failing pipeline or optimize a slow build process.

That gap between classroom learning and real-world application kept bothering us. So we decided to create something different – education that mirrors actual work environments from day one.

How We've Evolved

2022
Early Days

Started with basic CI/CD workshops in İzmir. We had 12 participants and spent most sessions fixing configuration issues together. Learned more from those debugging sessions than any textbook could teach.

2023
Finding Our Voice

Developed our project-based methodology after seeing how much faster students learned when working on actual problems. Started partnering with local businesses to provide realistic scenarios.

2024
Growing Impact

Expanded our curriculum to cover container orchestration and monitoring. Built relationships with companies who now regularly hire our graduates because they know what to expect.

2025
Looking Forward

Launching advanced security integration modules and exploring cloud-native architectures. Our next cohort starts in September with expanded hands-on labs.

The People Behind the Program

Kerem Özkan, Lead DevOps Instructor

Kerem Özkan

Lead DevOps Instructor

Eight years managing production systems at various scales. Started teaching after too many late nights fixing problems that could have been prevented with better practices. Believes the best learning happens when things break.

Elif Demir, Infrastructure Specialist

Elif Demir

Infrastructure Specialist

Previously worked with cloud migrations for mid-sized companies. Joined our team because she wanted to share the hard-learned lessons about monitoring and incident response that most courses skip entirely.

Our Teaching Philosophy

We don't believe in perfect demo environments. Real systems are messy, have legacy components, and occasionally fail in unexpected ways. That's exactly what we simulate.

Every project you work on includes realistic constraints – budget limits, time pressures, and technical debt. Because that's what you'll face in your actual job.

  • Work with actual production-like environments from week two
  • Learn to troubleshoot problems, not just implement solutions
  • Practice communication skills alongside technical ones
  • Build portfolio projects that demonstrate real competence
  • Get feedback from experienced practitioners, not just academics
